Are you thinking about competing in a bodybuilding show for the first time? I am sure that you have a million questions and just the thought of getting on stage makes you nervous. Trust me, I been there. I stepped on stage for the first time 6 years ago in the first year of the NPC IFBB's new category Men's Physique. I then went ahead and have stepped on stage about 2-3x's per year ever since collecting an enormous amount of experience.
In my book, prepped to win, I share with you my entire competition experience. I touch upon every subject you can imagine. One of the first things that I will give you advice on is to learn about what the NPC and the IFBB are about. For those of you who don't know, the NPC is the amateur division and the IFBB is the pro division. You can only become an IFBB pro through the NPC. The IFBB is the organization via where the Olympic is held, so if you have dreams of stepping on the Olympia stage, you must first become an IFBB pro.
